Refund Policy

⚠️ Important: Cryptocurrency Payments

Due to the irreversible nature of cryptocurrency transactions, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to strict conditions.

1. General Policy

All sales are final. Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible by nature. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we will consider refund requests in the following circumstances:

2. Eligible for Refund

Refunds may be considered if:

  • Duplicate Payment: You accidentally paid twice for the same subscription
  • Service Not Provided: You paid but did not receive access within 24 hours
  • Technical Error: A verified technical issue prevented you from using the service
  • Wrong Amount: You sent significantly more than the required amount

3. NOT Eligible for Refund

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with content
  • User error (wrong wallet address, wrong amount sent)
  • Subscriptions already used or partially used
  • Account suspension due to Terms of Service violation
  • Blockchain network fees or transaction delays
  • Cryptocurrency price fluctuations

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of payment
  2. Email: refunds@theeducating.com
  3. Include: Transaction hash, payment amount, wallet address, reason
  4. We will review and respond within 48-72 hours
  5. If approved, refunds processed within 5-10 business days

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued in the same cryptocurrency used for payment. Refunds cannot be issued to different wallets or currencies without proper verification.

6. Partial Refunds

For subscription plans, partial refunds may be calculated on a pro-rata basis for unused time, minus processing fees and any discounts received.

7. Chargebacks

Since we accept only cryptocurrency, traditional chargebacks are not possible. Any disputes must go through our refund request process.
